The CEO of Envano is the main strategist and salesperson. He hired me to take some items off his plate and to put more efficient processes in across the agency.
Solution
Part of this was delegating the yearly strategies for lower-end clients to me and having me handle the initial research phase on a prospect.
Result
All clients I was assigned to renewed for the same or higher budget 2 years in a row. Freed up the CEO’s time to focus on the highest-billing clients and focus on bringing in new business clients.
